What Would You Do With 48 Cores?

    I'd run all my applications at once, just to see if I could.

    Of course, I'd also need plenty of memory, too.

    Probably next to nothing. My computer already barely uses the horsepower that it has. Sad, but true fact.

    Hi all
    Actually you would probably be disappointed -- as the number of cores increases so does the OS overhead required in managing them all -- you won't get ANYTHING like 48 X the power of 1 Core.
