    That depends. If you have 4GB or more of RAM, you will need to install the 64-bit version.

    If you have less RAM, install the 32-bit version. It has fewer problems and uses less resources.

    It is all up to the user, albeit if you have a 64 bit system with at least 3 gigs of ram or more go with the 64 bit for improved smoothness. Also it you have 64 bit Photoshop, and 64 bit Office 2010 beta you will see a marked improvement in use and speed.
