Windows 7 Wallpaper Plastic Toys? Where to Buy?

Alright, this may seem like an odd question...and it is. But I'm looking for a place where I can buy one of the plastic toys dolls or babies or whatever they are in the stock Windows 7 wallpaper. Not even sure if they're sold anywhere, but it's worth a shot. I figure if it's out there, people on the internet will be able to find it. Thanks a lot, here's the picture:

I'm pretty sure they're just a render, but who knows?

Those are definitely renders. I can't imagine why Microsoft would create physical models/sculptures for a wallpaper. Plus, they're too smooth and perfect to be real.

ok the artists are a couple of guys, Tomi Dieguez and MTV producer Patricio Verdi Brusati who formed "punga"
i have linked a page on their site that shows the wallpaper and a 3d print they made , not quite as polished as the images but there you go.

you could contact them via the site to see if they will ever manufacture them but i doubt they will.
