What so unfair, what are people who don't pirate but don't want to pay supposed to do? This disappoints me a great deal. !!!

I still doubt this would ever happen but if no one tries to see keep them in check it could. Dam bloody pigs makes the police who pull me over for noise pollution sound like angels of good will.

Hi guys, I suggest you calm it. Those things are unpleasant, but do not mean much in practical terms for us. This is what you call lobbying and there are always a few people in the goverment who listen. But even they do not control the www. So, du calm.

Well I am clam and I don't have some pitch fork if thats what you think. It is just upsetting that people are this stupid or go to these lengths. It is in the Chillout so we can vent off some steam in a correct manner though :P

If feels that the more we advance the more stupidity becomes more rampant. Or maybe this is what you call us getting old. Just like our grandpas used to complain about BUY AMERICAN or some other things.

Poppy cock and piffle with a smothering of balderdash on top... I am not amused. This is quite bizarre.

This is how they will take control of the Internet

In the US all the companies & politicians have to do is scream terrorist (or paedophile).

Here is a post I submitted to a ZDNet article:

What?!
You don't store all your data on the cloud?
You don't use Google?
You don't use OS X or Windows?

Wow... my country mentioned many times, eh...
Why not put China to the "Special 301" list too? China is the largest ever in manufacturing industry GLOBALLY, and we all know a lot of pirated materials, counterfeited goods, and similar goods came from there...

They could, but they are manufacturing those pirated materials, counterfeited goods, and similar goods for American companies; and if that were to stop the reconstruction would be unpalatable to the government.

Looking for a good open source ISO burner that makes bootable CD's
Last time I made a bootable CD was about three years ago; can't remember what utility I used to burn it. Now I need to make another one, but the one I burned from a supposedly bootable ISO file does not boot. I don't recall last time having to do anything like specifically extract a boot sector...
