Wow. Is that just broadband for a year or all internet?

I could do it - but I certainly wouldn't want to
No mate I have only been going online for the last year, I've only been fully getting into computers in the last couple of years, before that I was having a few too many of the old....

It is just a different way of obtaining the same result, most of the time....

lmao :) Yeah, I hear ya I guess that's why dial-up didn't bother me at times. Always gave me enough time to punch a few between pages loading. Then I'd forget why I loaded the page to begin with

That's why I don't mind spending cash on PC bits now. There's no way I would have gotten around to building my own rig if I'd still been smoking....

Yes of course - because in my usual modest fashion - If it didn't exist I'd probably invent it.

There was about 5 years from when I started using computers to when I made my first dial-up connection to the interwebz. I think I can live it again if I had to but prefer not

If I were forced to I could - however, I'd definitely prefer not to.

Whats the matter with you guys? I have always been bent when assembling my 'puters. I always stuff up the front panel connectors a few times but thats a small price to pay, imo. :)

I don't indulge much since giving up the ciggys a year ago and only use bushweed. Bent gaming is still one of my fav pastimes .

I would hate to have to have no internet as it has become part of my daily routine for about 9 years now . Its a modern day essential imo.
