Did anyone else see the word Oklahoma and think of a certain commercial? A certain bing commercial?
phhh you have nothing on Alberta.
global warming is just the term for it, does not mean that the world is getting hotter, in fact getting closer to the equator it may get colder, while further away it will be warmer. such as here it hardly snowed at all, and its a nice day to have my windows open and walk around in a t-shirt.

Yup nothing like waking up to snow on March 19th.

I wish that I had read this thread when it was first posted. I would have got my shopping done yesterday.
Hi there
I did hear a Texan in a bar in Houston asking the question - "What stops Texas from dropping into the Gulf of Mexico" -- his answer was "Because Oklahoma Sucks".
Never been to Oklahoma so I can't ascertain the validity of the answer but from the Map the Physics looks right. So Nature is obviously helping the State of Texas from avoiding a watery grave - thanks to Oklahoma.
Cheers

And while Oklahoma may suck, Texas blows, so the effect is intensified. Perhaps that is the reason for the current weather.
