Stripped of all plastic 60lbs lighter than stock, lots of hand made parts, raw aluminium and stripped steel and red anodised parts.

New to Windows 7 and am learning but one thing I really hate is this pinned option thing.
Is there anyway to remove that as a option from right clicking of the taskbar icon menu?

My computer is being held hostage by Windows Live. From my ability to message to email. All options are gone to choose which default mail/news server you WANT to use and are replaced by Windows Live. I'm truly disappoint in Windows7 from top to bottom.
