Specs as on the left - total cost input, ~$2200 ($1600 original build. ~$350 for monitors, ~$300 for dual GTX 260s, one by eVGA stepup @ $60 and the other purchased retail)

Although I have sine added a D-Link DGL-4500 GamerLounge Router with Wireless N (Draft 2) to my setup, I don't really count that as part of the 'rig' since it serves the entire house via my installed drops. Also, I re-used some equipment - The KB, Logitech MX Revolution, my 3.5" AIO card reader, my SONY DVD±RW, and my Tower 120 LFB CPU cooler.

What do you mean "best"? Best for gaming with no price limit, or what?

My main PC was built for me in September of 2007 (in my specs).... it was a little over thirteen hundred dollars, but my 'builder' deserved a fee . It was also shipped from the east coast to the west coast, so shipping fees and Insurance on shipping was another factor.

System specs below. It cost me around $600 on Newegg. I got the case for free, and used the DVD drive from my old HP. Pretty much just paid for the RAM, Mobo and processor.

System described in profile specs list (click link, below left). Cost somewhat in excess of $5.5K because of the massive storage incorporated in the build.

My first build, the specs are below; around a $1,000 (so far) not counting the monitors, I have over $2,000 in those.
