I've never played any games, so I can't drive this car?

A friend sent me this email, damn I'm old

I never played any current games. the last video game I played was missle command, asteroids, tempest, etc for $.25

You drive this car with a joystick

    Do you think that you

    can drive with a joystick?

    Your kids and grandkids can.

The influence of video games in our lives

has really arrived, wouldn't you say?

    But there is more!

    The SCARY THOUGHT is:

NOW a 3-YEAR-OLD can STEAL your car
    AND DRIVE IT BETTER

    THAN YOU CAN !

Do left-handed people have to seat on the left seat and the right seat is reserved for the right-handed?

whatever the case, the tech's amazing

I see a problem with a joy stick causing over compinsation or not enough as there wont be any feedback from the road.

You could use a force-feedback Joystick. GTA just got way more fun.

I don't think I'd want to drive it, looks pretty awkward to me.

While I'm sure I could learn to drive with a joystick, I wouldn't want it on the console. On a long trip I need to be able to change hands/hand positions to keep from getting cramps. Also to turn the radio/heat/air on or off you have to either reach over with your left hand or let go of the "wheel". All around bad design IMHO. If you want to use a joystick it needs to be where the wheel was, like in a jet fighter or the old biplanes.

Don't know how practical it is, but might be fun to be on the design team.
