The I7 is an awsome processor and good for a lot of OC'ing. Why would you want to swap that.
That's a pretty negligible point when it comes to something like a pre-built Dell
Yeah, don't plan on much success overclocking a dell. They simply don't give you BIOS options to change...except on a rare machine (XPS) and your overclocking options even on these is a tiny fraction of what is available on a gigabyte or ASUS motherboard.

Quick background-I restored my drive from image and i cannot recall what i did to make it a bit faster. i think it had to do with Chipset or IRST.

I was looking at the m791 card.
Some avermedia tuners have both ATSC and Analog shielded, like the m780 tuner PCIe card.
The m791 only has a metal shield over the analog part of the tuner, the ATSC part of the tuner is uncovered.
I have a working m780 in the AMD Phenom II PC Hewlet Packard MB....

This is sad that an Intel Core i3 can beat the highest end AMD CPU in some areas. This makes me really question AMD as a "value" CPU...
