It does indeed go much faster than you think. The support here from the Guru's is awesome - and I am speaking as a new Guru.

There are some people who, no matter their actual badge, just know their stuff. A lot of the time, it is easy to tell.

I have forgotten that quite a few people are NOT gurus, or recent Gurus, because I have known them to be it.
