just click [more] and you will get more icons.

When you hit post, you click on more under the the smileys on the right of the screen.

there is an entry at the bottom of the dropdown smilie list "show all Smilies" - or the [more] entry in advanced mode


this gives access to additional options - you can also upload any smilies you have on your machine as a normal jpg or gif image
