    Anyone else looking forward to the new changes? I wish they'd put some focus on ATI as well as Nvidia drivers, but then again, aren't ATI drivers more open anyways?

    ATI drivers in Linux have had horrendous support. I've had so many problems with ATI cards in Linux machines that I simply don't buy ATI cards anymore for anything.

I recently installed Ubuntu 10.04 on my HP Mini 110-1116NR, then deleted the partitions that had Ubuntu on them, not knowing that Ubuntu comes with GRUB2, and sets itself as the default boot for that system. Now that GRUB2 is not installed, since it was on my only HDD, it looks for the GRUB2...

I always have 2 OS's on my laptop, recently it was Vista/Win7, but now its Win7/Ubuntu... Is it just me or is Ubuntu somehow "snappier" than W7?? Im using the latest release of Ubuntu(9.04, cant wait 'till 9.10!) But wow! This is one rockin OS!!! They really should be charging money for...
