I would love to help and donate money.
Which is the best site to do so where the majority of the money goes to those in need and not to the administrator's bank account?

Yes they do have Red Cross in US.
I just want to make sure that the biggest % goes to the people of Japan.

All in all, I'm not too worried if these nuclear plants go belly up. That it took them this long to do so is in my book a great booster in the confidence of the quality of design that goes into these things now-in-days.

NASA have said it sped up the Earth's rotation by 1.8ms.
