Trying to extract a document

Ugh, okay, so, I have to download my practice final and bring it in for Friday's class time. But, for the life of me I can not open it. She did this sharepoint and it won't open as a document. Everything looks to be in .xml format.

The file, I think the teacher messed up and I can't view this, can someone help me put this in document format so I can print this out. Pretty please.

You can close the this. The teacher made it into an rtf file and I was able to switch to a document.
