So what happens to a failed tutorial?

    Hey Guys,

Please dont take this as a complaint or negative rep for any member. But since several days i have been watching this tutorial.

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...hics-card.html

I was mighty interested when it came up because i have an incompatible card that doesnt support Aero and have also posted on that thread. But the tutorial doesnt work. This is quite clear from the posts there as well as from what we know from Intel's statements about such cards.

What is the forum's policy on this? IMO, it hurts our reputation to host a tutorial which by all accounts doesnt work. Ample time has been given for it to be tested by a large no. of users but still no go. Also, a newbie who doesnt want to read the entire thread may just blindly follow, be disappointed and think badly of our forum.

Just my 2 cents...What do you guys think?
