Here's another. Not sure what's wrong with it though. It seems to be floating a few centimetres off the ground lol.

I decided to try this out after I got my GTX 480, so I booted to XP, made my desktop 3840x1080 (dual monitor) and launched the app, here is some results for short renders:

(couldnt upload here, too big :P)

And for anyone wondering is GTX 480 good...
Well, HELL YEAH

ps. first is about 1800 iterations and 2nd is about 1500.
press f3 to see iterations count.

All the ones I've posted have been around 35,000 iterations. You can start to see the best results after around 4000-5000 iterations (1 hour render).

Thery're some nice screenshots, I might try spreading it across both my monitors, too. I've just been rendering at 1920x1080 so far.

Yeah I started with "atleast 5k iterations" attitude but you cannot imagine the noise this card makes, and the fact you cant do anything else while its rendering made me quit

I'll try to get better quality pictures when I can leave my pc on its own

Yea, you can't even watch a movie or something while it runs lol, which is why I just leave it on overnight

Overnight with fan @ 84% (gpu is 90c), I bet I'd get some nightmares with all that noise
Wish I had laptop or other PC.

I've just set my 470 fan speed to 65% and it's quiet enough and keeps the card running at reasonable temps as well.

I'm trying to use one of the NVIDIA demos, Design Garage, and I'm getting less than 5 FPS. Is this demo just really screwed up or what? Any way to fix it? I have a GTX 460 1GB.

Hello everybody.. I have a bit of an annoying problem here and that is taking screenshots when playing a game.. When I press the print screen key and paste it at paint or a msn window it will show as a blank dark picture.. I find that quite bad to be honest and I just want to know if there's a...

Bug or by design?
The min, max, close tootips on titlebars render the old XP tooltip background color instead of the new Win 7 design. Bug or by design?

New design!
Just noticed the design refresh. I like it. Nice idea to use the addressbar and searchbar is no longer confusing :p
