What to do when your bored on the internet

is there anyway in the forums about what to avoid from getting banned? i mean for unpower user like me

Really, the things that will get you banned are piracy and rudeness. Neither one is likely to happen accidentally. You will receive fair warning too, unless you do something really bad.
