I have a problem with youtube, I don't have the option to choose: "I have a fast connection, always play higher quality video when its available" what I have is this:
I usually keep it on the 2nd notch but every time I restart the PC, UAC goes back to the highest setting. http://i47.tinypic.com/24l7h51.jpg I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I did an upgrade from Vista Ultimate x64 http://i48.tinypic.com/6xw0v6.jpg Any ideas?
