    Its already 2 AM here and I m still in office. Lot of work lately. The Irish customer base has increased in the last 1 month, resulting in an enormous amount of call flow to the contact center. Feeling sleepy. I will be home in the next 1 hour. Good night.

    LoveW.. early day and late evening .. are both bad on that conditions so my doc tells. me..if those are the time you must do it.. you might try wearing a mask.. change clothing with a shower to get all of the pollen off your body and hair.. face.. see if that helps the condition.. along with your sinus meds if you are taking any.. I do take 1 pill at night.. it's good for 24 hours.
