I was especially impressed with the offer of refunding the 35 failed Direct Debit charge. To be perfectly honest, when I posted that I was just having a moan :) So im very happy with the outcome

They email you when a note has been put on your account, I like this one:

go plusnet mate they are fantastic. they are also owned by BT (wierdly considering how much better they are than "Proper BT") so can get things done quickly. and mention my name if you do

I think I'll stick with them for now, BT have done us some good favours since we've been with them (restrung all of our Telephone cables, a good 200M worth twice and didn't charge us a penny, plus my line speed is near 4 times what it was before!)... plus I'm in a two year broadband contract.
