That's what I call customer service! Good to hear you got it solved.

Thats the quickest, most helpful response that I have seen in a long long time ...

27 minutes from Martins post to ISP's answer. It could not be any faster!

I was especially impressed with the offer of refunding the £35 failed Direct Debit charge. To be perfectly honest, when I posted that I was just having a moan :) So im very happy with the outcome

They email you when a note has been put on your account, I like this one:

I'm impressed by the level of customer support.

If only BT was anywhere near as helpful... 3 hours on hold later I can definitively say no.

go plusnet mate they are fantastic. they are also owned by BT (wierdly considering how much better they are than "Proper BT") so can get things done quickly. and mention my name if you do

I think I'll stick with them for now, BT have done us some good favours since we've been with them (restrung all of our Telephone cables, a good 200M worth twice and didn't charge us a penny, plus my line speed is near 4 times what it was before!)... plus I'm in a two year broadband contract.
