The best advice is for Kari to see a doctor or an ENT (Ears, Nose & Throat) specialist.
There are many causes for dizziness, ringing in the ear or balance issues.
For us to recommend or what we use for our symptoms is not the proper way to help Kari! What works for you may not work for me.
SEE A DOCTOR!

The government offer free (I think) course to improve your basic skills so that you are more likely to get a job.
We also have a small immigration problem although compared to countries like France it's nothing. Many Eastern Europeans live here without being able to speak English (or not very well at least) resulting in the Police in some areas having to use pictures to convey information to them and or arrest them. It's not necessarily a bad thing but it does get a little annoying when you walk into a fast food restaurant and the guy serving you can barely speak a word of English, although then again they do fill the job that nobody else will fill, particularly in the construction sector. But this is all likely irrelevant.
I hope that isn't too rambly .

today a co-worker wanted Windows 7 installed fresh. I asked him if he had all of his files off of his computer moved to his network share, he assured me that he has checked, double, and triple checked. I advised him we were going to format the hard drive and install a clean version. He understood and gave me the green light. I took the laptop into our imaging room and started the install. 20 minutes after the install was finished and I was configuring the computer, he came over to me and asked where the archived e-mails are stored (server side or client side), I told him client side in a .pst file. He informed me he forgot to move that and it includes every single e-mail since he started. fml.
