Didn't feel so good last night(ate too much I think). So, I went to bed somewhat early, for me anyway. Got up, did some shopping...well, attempted to anyway. Didn't get anything I planned on getting, only came back with a mouse pad, lol.

Slept, ate, and stopped at the bar for a couple.
I like to eat lite at night... I seem to sleep a lot better.... quite often I'll get
a to-go bag.. only eat 1/2 of my dinner.I hope you're feeling much better today.
    Enjoy the weekend.:)

It was my own fault......I had a normal dinner, then after a while, I decided to have something for dessert, and it was so good that I just had to keep going even though I felt full. About an hour later, I laid down because I didn't feel good......wayyyyy too full, lol

    Feel good today.

We arrived back home about 02:30 this morning after a really wonderful time with with my daughter and her two kids, my son and his two kids, and Mae Lyne's oldest daughter. Grand kids are just wonderful. I romped with them in the Gulf surf and played with them in the swimming pool. The idea was to wear them out; but guess who got worn out? Anyway, we had a great trip and it was a nice break for my wife and I from the caregiving.

It was 97 here today and no sea breeze to cool things off. I should've stayed in Destin!
Carl hi.. I'm glad you are safely back home.. So glad you all enjoyed a great time together..
I'm glad you both had the time away from all the stress.. of caregiving for a little.
I'll try sending you some of the wonderful showers we've had this week..
it's actually a tad cooler.. the humidity isn't quite as bad either.. must be the cooler temps thats helped with it .
    Enjoy your weekend.

Too addicted to 7F Jan? It's certainly addictive. Don't know how much time I'd spend here if I was retired. You take care, A Guy

The Irish callers are quite tonight. They must be partying now. Just 1 hour left to end the long weekend shift.
Will have to sleep tonight at office due to shift change.
Dinesh, tell the truth, you are having pajama parties there!
