LPt. Hi. I agree his surgery is a bit extreme but not as bad as some. I think that he's lost his top end but that's probably cos he's 70. Also this album is an attempt at doing what Johnny Cash did at the end of his career. A return to roots and gospel.
Burning Hell is an John Lee Hooker blues song. I like this one better but can't remember who it was by originally

JohnW.. Johnny Cash has family not far from where I live.. in fact a cousin has now passed away lived (just 2 blocks from me.). He was a true Country boy.. in fact he used to be a log hauler..in his younger days.

Great selection to come back to today folks. Love Small Faces BM and we were both at the Isle of Wight for The Doors so I reckon we might have been cruisin' on our Lambrettas at about the same time:)
Also great stuff from Greg and Bill. Shall definitely be giving Concrete Blonde and 30 Seconds To Mars some further investigation.
Love the new sig Bill but is that puppy being used for cosmetic testing?
