OK, laugh if you will, but he and Bernie wrote so many great songs, and there was a time I wore out Captain Fantastic And The Brown Dirt Cowboy

No laughing here, they have a bunch of great songs!
I'm currently listening to several songs by the band Shinedown. I must admit, when I heard their new song "Diamond Eyes" in the trailer to The Expendables movie, I instantly took a liking to them. xD
Nice doggy Nihilist. I suspect this guys an anarcho-syndicalist. He has a Brazilian on his chin. Great drumming
If it hadn't been for "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy" this guy would still have cred. Gotta be one of the great white blues voices.
just had yet another of those "I was there" moments:
Pink Floyd at the 1975 Knebworth Concert
the great Cap'n was bleedin' marvellous - his booming voice filled the air..!!
Roy Harper with Trigger was also something else - Chris Spedding on lead guitar - fantastic!!
Steve Miller played a absolutely blinding set:
Feel So Good
Mercury Blues
Boogie Children
Freight Train Blues
Stagger Lee
The Window
Living in the USA
Space Cowboy
Shu Ba Da Da Ma Ma Ma Ma
Rock'n Me
Come On in My Kitchen
- shame that Boz Scaggs wasn't with them for this one..
Floyd were just far-out - the giant eyeball in the sky an' a flypast by a real spitfire
were highlights for me
- the crowd was amazing - so peaceful, man..
an' some kind soul dropped a coupla white-lightnin's in me lap for free
an' I was away with the fairies..
