I read something about the owners of thepiratebay getting sued
as well and lost but they are appealing.

They probably have pretty good grounds for appeal: the judge of their case was a member of one IP organization and on the payroll of another -- and didn't consider that to be a conflict of interest!!!

Complete removal of Office 2013 Trial-Ware (Click-to-Run Installer)?
I just bought a new Dell XPS-8700 desktop (Windows 7 Pro 64-bit) and it includes, what I believe is, a trial version of Office 2013 (Home and Student?). I think the shortcut in my Program's list is a Click-to-Run installer, but I'm not sure about that. Microsoft Office appears in my Control...
