The truth is that its hard to make proof of this cause the video was uploaded on May 29, 2009, even before Windows 7 was finalized and released but one of the file groups shown in the video does read this Copenhagen linking your suspicions that this could be real.
The proof is already presented earlier in this thread, that it is nothing else than a user interface concept a young user, interested in design and programming, has made on top of the Windows 7. This thread is still quite short, maybe it had been a good idea first to read it through.
Windows 7 was already widely used as a beta version when Cullen Dudas made and published this concept.
