Electric shock from laptop charger
Can a laptop charger give an electric shock? I accidentally got the plug on my arm and I felt a little shock feeling. The charger is 19V at 2.1 amps. Last time though, I have touched it with my hands and I didn't feel any shock.

Electric shock from iPod Touch
Over the past few days, i've noticed that my iPod has been decharging alot quicker than usual. I plugged it into my PC via USB today and when I picked it up, it was 'live'. I got a small electric shock from it. Any ideas?
