How do I mark a question as solved?

I was taking a look at my thread subscriptions and I noticed some of them have a green "solved" check mark. I do not recall doing that, but yes the threads were solved in my opinion. Is this something the moderator does or can I do it?

It's done by the moderators, if a thread is solved click the report post button and let us know
