 Information
Reputation is a way of rating users depending on the quality of their posts. If you feel that a member has or is being helpful to you or just has been helping out in general, you can give them rep on the particular helpful post.
 Warning
The Reputation System is not to be abused, such as in repping each other to get a higher level, or begging members to give you rep.
The scale icon at the top right of a post or tutorial is how you can give rep to the member.
If you want to check how many rep points you have, and what your rep power is, who you have given rep to, and who has given you rep, you can look in your UserCP, at the very bottom it will show you both.
The reputation scale is as follows:
 -99 to 0
 1 to 100
  101 to 200
   201 to 300
    301 to 400
     401 to 500
Once you hit 500, you will start gaining bright green dots on top of the 5 dark dots but it takes twice as much to gain a bright green dot.
      501 to 700
       701 to 900
        901 to 1100
         1101 to 1300
          1301 to 1500
           1501 and up
1st Gold pip- 1501 2nd-2501 3rd-3501 4th- 4501 5th- 5501 First Star Medal- 6501
Once you receive 6501 rep points, you will get the first star medal. An example of mine is below-
When you receive a medal, your displayed rep pips will start over again from one pip.
In addition, there are 3 levels of medals - Bronze, Silver and Gold, once you have 3 bronze, then your next will go up to the next level and onto Silver, etc.
An example of Negative Reputation
Rep Power is how many points you give when you give rep to somebody. Some information on this is given below.
 Note
Rep Power is set to a global cap of 50 points ATM, due to rep abuse. So if your Rep Power number reaches above 50, your rep given to another user will only give them a maximum 50 points at any one time.
Ability to rep in the this, the Chillout Room, and the News Forum has been disabled due to over repping for non-helpful posts.
