I try to have different ones on each Forum.

I don't change them very often, only when I get fed up of the current incumbent. Sometimes, this is even done for me, and the bestowers of this gift are only too happy to share their generosity with others.

Under Construction for anything Windows relate
A old timey phone for cell phone sites
My real picture for music sites (guitar player)
And a few others

I stick with the same one on nearly all my forums and just change when it gets its Christmas hat and the time I had the beanie for awhile.
