Is UTorrent safe???
Utorrent is just an application to download a torrent file. It's as safe as the files that you download with it.

If you are getting something like a game mod, a linux distro, etc....then using a torrent is just fine. And overall the fastest method of downloading. Just be sure to have an AV and scan anything and everything that you download with a torrent.

You run into problems mostly when you download illegal or pirated software. It's stuff like this, that I stay, far, far away from. Follow that advice and you likely won't have too many issues.

don't be scared of all torrents - there are nasties out there, but you can trust the ones that come from legit sources.

my torrents go elsewhere
Hi, like the title says, my torrents go somewhere else, they go to appdata/roaming/bitorrent and I've read somewhere that someone could have accessed my computer physically or remotely so I was wondering how can I stop this?I have noticed my DVD player starts spinning after I activate my bitorrent...

Any RC1 Torrents?
Has anyone found out about a possible RC1 torrent? Somewhere they had it written that RC1 was build 7048, and I immediately got tempted.
