    I just found this and it is excellent for anyone that wants to start studying BSODs. :) I will bookmark this in case I ever want to start learning about WinDBG.

    Hmm don't see any link Computer can you attach?

    As a matter of interest now I have the WinDBG installed the BSOD files automatically open so I am making progress - just need to get onto what the errors actually are.:)

    Also thanks for answering any questions I couldn't, I was away from the Forums for a while:)

    I'll update the OP to also cover the new version of WinDBG, as soon as I have installed it for myself and when I have some spare time.

    -- Changelog --
    - Updated WinDBG download instructions to version 8.1.
    - Updated .NET Framework download instructions to version 4.5.2.

    Will update and start to add more as soon as I have some more spare time:)

    I have installed WinKits on the main machine now but think I have done something wrong somewhere because opening some attached stuff results in the message giving options for programs do do that with - all pay for stuff??

    Oops forgot the framework stuff

    Got that put right but it still doesn't open the files auto like my laptop does it??
