Solved BSOD After waking up from sleep

I keep getting a blue screen every time my computer wakes up from hibernate or sleep. I just recently installed an SSD, so there might be an issue there. I have disabled hybrid sleep mode, but that didn't change anything. There is newer firmware for the SSD than what I have, but I don't want to update because it wipes all the files on it. Another issue might be the registry. I didn't want Program Files and Users to be on the SSD, so I changed all the Program Files and Users variable paths in the registry to point to my data drive.

Thank you for your response. I will try updating the firmware, power cycling the SSD, and then I'll let you know if the blue screens stop.

Updating the firmware seems to have fixed it. I was getting BSOD after every sleep, and I didn't get one when I tried sleeping it this time. I hope it continues to come out of sleep without BSOD.

Thank you for your time.
