    Hotfix available for USB problems

    Just found this :)

    Hotfix posted

We have now posted a hotfix that we believe resolves this issue.

You can get the fix here: You encounter problems when you move data over USB from a Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2-based computer that has an NVIDIA USB EHCI chipset and at least 4GB of RAM

Please don't forget to undo the temporary workaround that was mentioned in this thread. It doesn't matter if you undo this before or after the QFE is installed.

You have to request the hotfix but I got mine almost instantly. Use IE to go through the request.

I tried the hotfix but i seem to have the same problem. When i'm transferring data from pc to external hdd, it will transfer a certain amount then then it won't move at all.

Hopefully, someone can help me on this, Thanks.
