Alright, so,

I Have:
Memtested
Registry Cleaned
Error Scanned
Unseated and Reseated Hardware
Removed my anti-virus software
Uninstalled My graphics software and driver/Downloaded Latest Drivers

I'm running:
Windows 7
4GB DDR3
Quad 3.2 Intel i5
nVidia 250 GTS

HELP! heh

You have 2 distinct causes. First your video driver. Second corrupt win 7 files

I would un-install y0our video driver completely and install a fresh copy
and run a system file check to verify and repair your system files
to do that type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow (note the space between the sfc and "/")

If you are overclocking stop
If y ou have changed the ram (or cpu) voltages reset them to stock
