Maybe you can tell me how to get a circular crop in Paint.Net? In Photofiltre I can put in the numbers so it comes out exact. But if I save to a file then it has a white area for the remainder of the rectangle.

Paint.Net I cannot figure how to get ellipse selection to go where I want.
when U choose the circuler crop tool hold down the shift key while cropping, it will stay circular as apposed to ovale when not pressing anything... also dont just paste it after copying make another layer and then past it onto the layer and then merge the layer together and it would take me forever to explain all the stuff and tools you can do with paint.net that's why I suggest to watch soem vids on youtube

Heh heh. As you can tell, I'm not artistically inclined. I mainly dabble in the graphics to take a break from programming. Now and then I accidentally get something good enough for a wallpaper. :)

Miles the shift key will do wonders for you with many tools. It'll make the rectangle select square and when you have an image selected will keep it proportional whiles dragging a corner.
With paint.NET open, click Help/Plugins, download and install plug-in packs from Pyrochild, Boltbait, and Madjik. will add more funtions for you.
PM me if you have a question.
