Custom Made Sig and Avatar [4]

Hi, I was wondering if you could make me a sig with my screen name, An Intel Core 2 Duo Sticker, An ATI Radeon Sticker, A Bass Clef sign on each side of my name (because i am a musician and play Bass) and maybe a cool blue background (kind of a flowy texture, kind of a mix of light and dark blue)
It would be greatly appreciated, hope it's not too much for you :P

Dennis don't waste any meds.. just tie him to the dental chair .. tie a long piece of dental floss around the tooth and give it a really hard yank.. it should pop right out... stand back you may get bloody.. lol...

I am the one drinking his meds.
Then I will tie a wire to the bad tooth and the other end to the open door.
When I slam the door shut out pops the tooth.
It's an open and closed case!

That'll work just as well !!!!.. let's hide out and get photos of this action.
I can see the new reports now.. extracting a tooth the old fashioned way by slamming a door.
