Replace icons for single files ?

Is it possible to replace icons for single files, not the extension ?

I used to do this with iconpackager on vista, does it still work in 7 ?

Yes, with iconpackager you can do it, but use iconpackager 5 . Iconpackager 4 creates a lot of problems with windows 7.
