    gadgets on this site are all in javascript. cant gadgets b made with c#?

    can some1 atleast help me in making this gadget :
    its a jersey with the number showing the date like the 1 in the attachment
    i have it but its a dashboard widget so i have to run it with kludgets and kludgets suddenly increases my CPU usage to 50-60%
