Cant change desktop background

    Here is a random windows picture.
    http://c0179631.cdn.cloudfiles.racks...ndows-logo.jpg
    Right click on the picture, and click on 'use image on desktop' or something similar, what it will say depends on the browser, but something similar to use on desktop. Then see if that will change it.

    No it wont change it.
    Wow, I don't know anything more to say, other than using a system repair disk, and repairing it. Do you have a system recovery/repair disk? If you do, pop it in, boot up from it, and it will automatically detect and fix any windows problems.

    What kind of windows 7 do you have? and is it 32 or 64 bit?
