Get Icon-Buttons in Explorer Tool/Menu Bar

I used this:
How to rearrange the items in toolbar of windows explor
to edit my Explorer Tool/menu bar a few month ago to get the 'Text-Buttons' for Copy, Cut, Paste, Delet and New Directory

But the text-Buttons a very long so when i resize the Explorer window,
they often get hinden behind this two Arrows ('>>').

So it would be great to get the oldstyle Icon-Buttons for this functionality cause they are smaller than the text.
So is there a was to get them without installing new Software??

Hi there,

I'd try PM'ing Disk4Mat to see if they can help, since their solution is what you used in the first place. Let me know if you're successful.
