I can recommend Windows Style Builder if you want to make your own themes. Costs a mere €16.50, 13.50, $21.00 and worth every penny/cent. Has a learning curve though!! With that, ResHack 3.5.2, possibly a PE Editor you're virtually sorted!

I think I asked this before, but is there any way to get rid of this horrible shadow on the top of the pages.

I am trying to turn off (Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop) I uncheck it hit Apply then yes & it's off until I restart or Log off & back in then it's checked again is there away to fix this. Thanks Jerry

Cant seem to get this one to work in any way. Get a black screen with mouse pointer and just dings away when I click. Any one have any luck? Edit- Right click main exe and run as admin. Seems to get it working.
