    Dynamic icon like the trash's

    Hi guys,
I've faced a problem with a customization willing of mine which doesn't seem to be possible, so, (although it might have been answered through past requests of the others, and that makes me apologize that I wasn't successful finding it) I want to ask it here, wishing to have anyone answer it.
I've provided myself a "Shared Documents" folder on the shared user's desktop to make it easier to share things with my brother, and to prevent myself from checking it on time, I am willing to find a way which helps me with it: To declare a icon for the empty folder state and also once it is not empty with a different icon; just as trash is.

thanks for your response in pre (or something, not familiar enough with language)

If you are using the large icon view, your active folders should be displaying that trait anyway.
Any other view..... I'll have a look but I don't think it is possible.

First off, shell32 contains no Active Folders icons. Icon 158 will be what it is, I now see what you mean. I actually thought you were talking about the folder icons in the imageres.dll.
I can remember trying to figure out how to make my Recycle Bin in XP have empty, half empty (the extra one) and full (time to empty).

I never did get it sussed out.....

Hey.. I know everything is possible with some lines of codes. I mean does anyone know any applications to do this? or does anyone have the knowledge to write an application?
I know it might seem very ridiculous to have a program opened all the time for such a small work. But it is still useful for some people like me. It can be gadget... or an integrated tool for another program which does the similar things...
