Safely remove/eject in context menu for USB HDD?

One of the few things I liked about Vista was that you didn't have to go to a little tray icon to click to get your drives back, you could just right-click and "safely remove" was in the context menu. It's there for my USB sticks, or at least eject which will fulfil the same need. I like my icons hidden which makes it a pain to go looking for it to eject my USB drive - can I do something easy to put this option back? Also, can you shuffle up the menu? Who thought that putting "eject" right next to "format" was a good plan? I'm prone to little mishaps with the mouse and this is one I can live without!

It is on mine also, I just realised for some reason it has not copy-pasted my whole message so it doesn't make sense, I meant to eject/remove an external USB HDD. Western Digital 2.5in to be specific.
