Aero Peek on the left side

Is there such a trick or hack to change its position from the right to left side on the task or quick launch bar? Since the standards have always been left to right, you'd think such a feature would be the same for convenience

That start menu is on the Left side...why would they put the Show Desktop button there too?
But no there is no way to move it.

Is there a way to at least create a shortcut to the Aero Peek feature? That way I can place it in my quick launch :).

Thanks. On second thought, a shortcut to it would be pointless because the whole idea is to allow hovering over it for a sneak peek, and that can't be done on a shortcut.

Personally, I don't use the Aero Peek function much. I always create a Desktop Toolbar (Right-click on Taskbar, select Toolbars->Desktop) that allows me to access any file/application on the desktop without actually going to the desktop. This toolbar is created on the right-hand side of the taskbar though, don't know if it can be relocated.

    Hi logicearth !!

It is a plan ... if we can pin the win+tab action to the taskbar, then why not win +space action ?
