Yes ... windowblinds with some mac theme enabled can do it .

Alternatively, some visual styles of mac clone comes alongwith explorerframe.dll that is like your screenshot . You may replace those with your existing ones .

If you want to go through the second option

1 . Download a mac clone theme from Browsing Visual Styles 7 on deviantART ( I recommend either Snow-Leopard-for-Win7-Beta2 or Tequilla or JONGHYUNPARK)

    2 . Take ownership of explorerframe.dll (C:\Windows\System32\explorerframe.dll) , and make a manual backup of it .

    3. Replace the existing one with the downloaded one .

CAUTION .... Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup , and to restore the backup, you need either WIN7 installer DVD , or Download Windows 7 System Recovery Discs — The NeoSmart Files . Without having these two, dont go for a sustem file replacement , it may be risky .

    Thanks Arc.
I have already a backup ,but when i use that kind of "tests" i use Try and Decide, from Acronis
    :)
Great job. I replaced them. Very nice.:)
The only thing i can't change ( i asked about that, nobody knows ) is those "shadows / effects" around the shortcuts or whatever, when i move the mouse arrow around them.
    Here 2 examples :

It was possible by Stardock iconx . But In the stardocks apps list, it is no more there .

Searching for any alternative . If got, I'd inform you .
