I can tell you the location where this might be able to be changed, however, the fonts are in binary format. I can change tooltip color here, but not sure about the tooltip font.

One method from the old school - which may still work -

make a copy of the font you want to use and rename it to the name of the existing font - replace the existing font file with the new copy file

major issue is of course that as this is system related you will need to avoid the "file is in use" type errors, that you will probably receive, only real way I know to ensure this is to do the change from outside the OS - if you have a dual boot system use the other OS otherwise you could try a Linux boot disk

I have only 1 OS and i don't think is worth to install the second OS only to change the fonts.
But thanks anyway for you suggestion.
That's funny, somwhow. As you can see here http://img697.imageshack.us/f/fontsf.jpg/
they seems to be Segoe UI fonts.
From the Everest menu i can't change the fonst, except the "report fonts"
I can't understand how / where / are those fonts, active, in the OS.

    Maybe from aero msstyles ?
I know, there must be a way to do that. As long as i have some fonts Segoe UI activated, there is a way to change them.
