OK pal ... you let me a chance to have some rest But surely I love to change the folders ... gradually being folder changing freak

Apart from Chameleon set, two guys make nice see through gadgets: (1) dnCube (dncube on deviantART)
(2) Adni (adni18 on deviantART and his personal website: Themes-Wallpapers-Icons-Skins-Gadgets etc for Windows XP and Vista)

@Arc: You made a revolution in customization, slowly it will be a standard of the visual styles. Excellent works.

Thanks for the appreciation, but Abhishek , actually these stuff are not accepted by others . Probably it may be that what I made is bad or probably it is due to the complicated process of changing all the things . But I really enjoy it .
